Keep the calls coming in!

Thursday the 18th of August is without a doubt the busiest day for the Enquiry Unit team and all I can is YAY!!! We survived. The hectic rush of A-Level results day is over and everything in the office is returning to normal (well almost normal) as the calls have began to die down, the callers are less agitated and the new staff are less nervous. In three days we took 8741 calls between 48 members of telephone staff, WOW! I personally think we did an amazing job considering the nature of the calls and how important they were to each applicant we worked well.
